Registration for all BHS winter sports will open on October 1st.

All sport registrations must be done through Final Forms. All BMS Final Forms account information will be transferred over to BHS, but the physicals from a BMS account will be marked as expired on 6/12 as this is the last day at BMS.

In order to be eligible to participate in any BHS sport, including the tryouts, ALL INCOMING FRESHMEN MUST HAVE UPLOADED INTO FINAL FORMS A PHYSICAL WITH AN EXAM DATE POST 2/1/2026.

If the physical in Final Forms from the BMS account meets the above criteria, it will be cleared.

If the physical in Final Forms (from BMS) does not meet the date requirement, you will need to get a new physical done prior to the start date of the sport.

*We are aware that most insurance companies will not pay for more than one physical exam in a fiscal year, we highly recommend going to the Convenient MD for a walk-in sports physical.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND SPORT PHYSICALS to the BHS HEALTH OFFICE. Upload them to your Final Forms Account. The BHS health office is not connected to the Athletic Dept. Our two systems do not overlap and any physical for sports sent to the health office will NOT automatically be sent to the Athletic Dept.

Please register for ONLY ONE sport. Coaches will then communicate via email with details about tryouts.

Below are our NHIAA sanctioned Fall Sports and corresponding dates that tryouts/preseason training can begin. Please note the early start dates. BHS sports will start prior to the first day of school. Athletes must have all necessary requirements completed prior to tryouts.
